Seller's Guide

Seat Exchange offers reliable and easy ways for Sellers to maximise sales:

1. Register/Sign In

To lists any ticket(s) on Seat Exchange you need to register for an account. If you are already registered as a Seat Exchange user, simply sign in to start the listing process.

2. Provide Guarantee

You will be asked to provide a credit or debit card to guarantee your listing. By providing these details, we can verify your listing(s) and deliver a safe, secure and guaranteed service. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to deliver tickets after confirming a sale.

3. Create Listing

Search for the event for which you wish to list single or multiple tickets, either by event, venue, date range and/or day of the week. Select the event and enter your sale method – you can choose Fixed Price and/or Accept Offers.

If you cannot find the event you are looking for and want to suggest that we add this event to the website so you can list your tickets, please Contact Us.

Complete the details for your ticket(s), including block, row, seat number(s), minimum number if tickets you will sell together, the price you want to receive per ticket, and the expiry date for your listing.

4. List Tickets

Once these details are confirmed, you will be presented with a final summary of the listing(s). If these are correct, click LIST TICKETS to submit for approval. Your listing(s) will be approved as soon as possible and will then be available for Buyers to purchase and/or submit Offers.

Your ticket(s) will remain on Seat Exchange until a Buyer makes a Purchase, you accept an Offer, or the listing expires. You can remove your listing(s) at anytime before one of the above occurs by selecting “Delist” for the listing in the My Account section.

You will receive an email as soon as a Buyer makes a Purchase or Offer, or your listing expires.

5. Send Tickets

When your ticket(s) sells or you accept an Offer, you will receive an email with details on how to send your ticket(s) to the Buyer. You must send your tickets according to the instructions (usually Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK, FedEx International Priority outside the UK) and ensure you correctly enter the tracking number.

6. Get Paid

You will be paid within 7-10 days of us receiving confirmation that the ticket(s) have been delivered. Your refund will be sent to you by cheque to the address you have selected..
