Seat Exchange Fees

Buyers

Seat Exchange handles your transaction and offers a 100% Buyer Guarantee to ensure you get the tickets you purchased in time for the event. There is a 15% fee (plus VAT) added to the ticket price, in addition to delivery charges (where applicable). All fees are shown on the final step of the purchase process for you to verify before confirming your purchase.

Sellers

There are no fees for listing your tickets with Seat Exchange. Once your tickets sell, there is a 10% fee (plus VAT) subtracted from the selling price to cover the costs of managing the logistics of your transaction, collecting payment from the Buyer, managing delivery of the tickets, and providing customer service. This fee is simply subtracted from your payment and paid to you by cheque 7-10 days after the event.
